Updated Editorial for Issue 2-3

The Editorial contains a slightly expanded description of the Czech article by Tomáš Fedorovič. Additionally to the overview of the 3 recently published articles, it provides an editorial introduction into the studies by Irina Sandomirskaja, Sabine Hänsgen, Wolfgang Beilenhoff and Gertrud Koch.
